What this preparation course covers
Intermediate rigging preparation for larger or more involved lifts, load path control, lift plan reading, multiple accessory selection and closer coordination with lifting supervision.
Common preparation focus: Rigger II is usually linked with more complex rigging than Rigger III, with stronger focus on non-routine lifts, lift plans, capacity selection and worksite controls. GI 7.028-style lift classification and certified personnel expectations are key revision areas.

Exam Requirement Focus
- Read and follow lift plans and rigging arrangements
- Select suitable lifting accessories within rated capacity
- Identify critical changes in wind, ground and obstruction conditions
- Coordinate with lift supervisor, operator and signal person
